I'd just like to pass on some positive feedback for the ARC.

I have always bought my cars from Swansway (except this one as you couldn't source it for me) as I trust the company absolutely.

However, credit is also due to Donna for the excellent customer service I continue to receive at the ARC. Both times I have been in (due to no fault of my own I hasten to add! I sound like a terrible driver...), the service received has been faultless.

Donna is extremely friendly, organised and competent. These are skills I value highly as, like most people in today's age working full time, I lack time.

I am grateful that I am able to just hand over the car- and everything that needs to get done does get done, without me having to chase or follow up.

I have cc'd Donna in to my email to you as I think she deserves recognition for a job very well done.
